Pelvic Floor health became a concern for me in November 2010 and I have received great instruction regarding how to strengthen it. See:

I have a new exercise that I didn’t anticipate would help me with strengthening my pelvic floor. I was working on core strength, and wowza, this exercise has done more than anything else to strengthen my pelvic floor. Check it out:
At about one minute into this video it goes to a level well outside of my ability.
I use both a pull-up grip and a chin-up grip, which is not shown in the video – Ryan made it up. When in the chin-up grip, I do a partial chin-up with my arms bent at right angles and I hold that grip while bringing my knees to my elbows. I have not yet achieved full knee to elbow in the pull-up grip in the video.
It is because of these core exercises that I can now do jumping squats without any concern about my pelvic floor letting me down (basically I no longer leak urine because my pelvic floor is strong). If the jumping squat looks intriguing, do a little research before trying it, as it has some precautions concerning joint health.
Hey, I just took a couple of Myofascial Release (MFR) Seminars from John Barnes. He has a pelvis class I have yet to take (I am a massage therapist) but I bet there are some MFR therapists in your area that can also really help with some pelvic issues. It is very powerful stuff.
