I know you have written about this, but I am having trouble following it. ---Soak the nuts overnight in 1tsp salt with water ...right. Then dehydrate...I don't have a dehydrator, so do I just put them in the oven on low(like 200) for a couple of hours? Then how long are they"good" for...a week?
Thanks.

Hi Maury. Just soak in water and Celtic Sea Salt for 12 to 24 hours. Drain. Dehydrate in oven at its lowest temperature. My goes to 170. Pecans take about 6 hours to dehydrate. Almonds take about 18. It all depends on the kind of nut.
Thanks for asking!
