Tonight I finally had time to seriously go through Sarah Fragoso’s Everyday Paleo cookbook. Wow! I was drooling all the way. Great uses of ingredients and food combinations that I wouldn’t have thought of that I know will make fantastic meals. As an added bonus, prep time is reportedly rarely over 15 minutes and often is much less. I usually need to add an extra five or ten minutes because that is just how I am, but still, that amount of prep time is very doable.
Tomorrow we start with Puerto Rican Beef and the guys are excited!
My biggest deviation from the cookbook? I will NEVER purchase broth from a store. Broth is such an important food from a health and taste perspective that I will only use my own. Go to the Recipes section of my blog to learn how to easily make it, and search for broth on my blog to learn why BROTH is SO IMPORTANT!
