A little over a month ago I wrote this post: Wheat v. Sugar – Which is More Despicable? I decided wheat after reflecting on how it affects my family. That was before I really appreciated the autoimmune problems (that is your body attacking and destroying itself) with which wheat is associated. If you think it is just celiac disease, think again.
Today, Ryan and I were listening to Robb Wolf’s podcast Episode 95, featuring former cardiothoracic surgeon Dr. William Davis, who is now a preventive cardiologist. Dr. Davis is so WTF compelling that if you have any health problem and you don’t give up wheat then be prepared to pretty much have a suck life.
It is not often that I am so crudely blunt, but it is tough watching loved ones (and many of the people I see walking down the street) destroying their lives with crap “food.”
If you want to stop being a victim of food, pharmaceuticals and your body, then listen to the podcast, change your life and be ready to be amazed in the best possible way.
