This message just came through one of the Weston A. Price Yahoo groups. Definitely worth the read and if you want to support those who continue to spread his message regarding food and health you can join the Weston A. Price Foundation.

Even though I have been practicing the WAP principles for years, I got extra
great insights by reading his original book. I hope that these links will also
be useful to your friends as an introduction to WAP. Free online availability
makes it accessible to a larger range of people.
For those who don't have time to read the whole book, I found that chapter 2 was
mostly political and didn't hold my interest. Chapter 3 is where the book
really got good, as that is where the observational data starts. I found that
the same pattern occurred in each culture he visited. So if you feel like his
theory is well proven, you may want to skip ahead at any point to chapter 15,
which is where he summarizes and analyzes the observational data. In later
chapters, he also performs nutrition experiments on industrial/malnourished
Americans stricken with disease (with amazing results!).
