After two refreshing nights of sleep, I am off the dumb-ass kick (see Dumb-Ass of the Week Award). Ran into my Oriental med. doc at the farmers market yesterday and told him I recovered my sleep rhythm the night after the cake overdose, and he said that such a fast sleep return is a great sign in my adrenal recovery. I love sleep!

I see my doc as a patient in about four more weeks and I look forward to what he finds. See $#^% and Great Oriental Doc Visit to learn how all of this started.
