Hi, I love reading your blog. it has so much good info. I live in Cary and have been wondering where I can find a good homeopath/naturopath (what's the diff?)? I keep wanting to take my kids and myself to one but I don't know where to go! Thanks and good luck with Colson's nose. My 6 year old has the same problem!

You may try Colostrum for Colson's nose. It's one of the absolute best things for allergies and strengthening the immune system. I have read some miraculous testimonials of folks using colostrum!
The Total Body Research Labs brand is endorsed by the Weston Price Foundation. I order mine from i-supplements.com. As far as I know, Colostrum isn't a felony (yet)!
I didn't think dairy was mucous forming unless it wasn't raw? But then again, I haven't had any mucous issues with which to test it!

Ok, almost anything. It has to make sense, of course.

Soup for breakfast is a wonderful thing! I'm so glad that we have followed your advice and that is has become normal in our house. Bone broth is an amazing and healing food!
