With Every Bite You Eat

On the heels of My post about Dr. Hyman's excellent article and my meeting with him, the timing is right to highlight two previous posts: With Every Bite You Eat… and A Corollary to “Every Bite You Eat”. Unfortunately, I still haven’t figured out how to get these messages through to people. The books have been written. The media stars, such as Dr. Hyman, are out there and highly visible. The army of less noticed but highly effective and influential practitioners are working hard. Still, so few people “get it.” As Ryan (my husband) says, it takes more than a moment to turn a battleship around, and the real battle over food on a mass scale is fairly new. Step by step we will get to the tipping point.
