We stayed with my brother and sister-in-law for a couple weeks while we were looking for a house in PSL. While there we totally cheated on our usual diet. Eating lots of rice and bread (even non-wheat bread) just made me feel so bloated and YUCKY! As soon as we got home I soaked some lentils, and cooked them with bone broth. I've been eating them all week, along with veggies and meats and I'm feeling SOOO much better now! Enjoy the rest of your corn and best wishes on another GAPS adventure :)
