A friend of mine introduced me to this
pudding 3 years ago, and it has taken me this long to try to make it, even
though it is so delicious! If you are looking for a sweet, filling, healthy
snack, this could be it.
We took this pudding camping and ate it for 3
days, so we know that it will last a few in the refrigerator.
Ingredients
1
avocado
¼
- 1/3 cup raw honey (I would start with less and gradually add until you have
the desired sweetness)
1/8
– ¼ cup cocoa powder (gradually add until you have the desired chocolateness)
1
– 2 t vanilla (depending on taste)
¼
celtic sea salt
1
– 4 T water
Directions
Blend
the first 5 ingredients and add water as needed to get the consistency that you
want.
**Optional
– I added a really ripe banana and that was very tasty. Because of the banana I
added less honey.
