Genetically Modified (GM) Food – Soy Alert

Here is some great information on Dr. Mercola’s website regarding soy and genetically modified food Warning: This Common Food Causes Devastating Offspring Defects in New Research Study. My family avoids Soy for more than GM reasons. Soy beans are toxic when not properly prepared via fermentation. Other than the occasional soy-based organic mayonnaise (and I don’t know how much I trust the term organic anymore) or Tamari soy sauce (fermented), we do not eat ANY soy. We stay as far away from GM foods as we can.
