I would bury cayenne in some fat to prevent burning, because it's fat-soluble and not water-soluble.

Thanks for the suggestion. What kind of fat are you thinking? I want to take it uncooked.
Thanks!

I just found your site and I love it. I am starting the GAPS diet again and it seems like all of your recent posts are something that I'm researching myself. Thanks and keep it up!

if you add some olive oil to this concoction, it becomes a gentle liver flush!

Well, I tried adding a bit of olive oil and had anything but a gentle liver flush...I have never been so constipated. In 1 week I almost outgrew my clothes. Two 5 gallon colonics later I am back at normal size.
I saw my Dr. of Oriental Medicine the day after my first colonic, and he said there is not gentle liver cleanse...you prepare for it, you do it, and it is a pretty massive cleanse. He said I was just constipating myself...No kidding! I need to write a blog on that process.
