    Ryan and I are Back to GAPS

    Our bread and grain intake have crept up, and along with that Ryan’s food cravings have returned. Apparently he has been battling these cravings for about three months. Fortunately, I haven’t had any cravings, but I have recently been battling some adrenal weakness and constipation, and I am not excelling as quickly as I would like.

    We are starting GAPS www.gapsdiet.com again in order to get ourselves back in order. Healing should be pretty quick, as we did the bulk of our healing almost a year ago, our bodies are in better condition than when we first started GAPS, and we are much more knowledgeable and wiser.
