You go, girl! It's about time the medical community and food industry wakes up. Educating consumers is an important step toward making this happen.
I predict that you will soon be recognized as a leader in this paradigm shift back to the age-old and still valid proscription: "let your food be your medicine." I know this because I know you, of course, but I would feel the same from reading your last sentence. I coach my clients to "dream big, live large, walk softly upon the earth, and take small steps toward a large goal. This is always the best and most effective formula for success.
