They (whoever they is) say that youth is wasted on the young. I am here to tell you this is not so, if you take care of yourself.
Strong, fluid, energetic, unstoppable. Forty-three is around the corner, and I feel great! The only thing that makes me feel 42 is when I do not get enough sleep. Seven or eight hours is a beautiful thing. I still do pretty well at six hours, and anything less makes me drag a bit.
My face is smoother, my teeth are stronger, and my bones are denser. My physique is as good as ever. I like cardio conditioning and muscle building because they make me feel great physically and mentally. My career took off once I started lifting weights. The physcial expression of strength encouraged me to express my intellectual strength, and I became unstoppable.
My memory is improving, my creativity is increasing, and the opportunities that I see are too much fun (and a bit overwhelming sometimes).
Fun is now a daily experience, and I revel in it.
My wisdom is increasing, and my priorities become more and more clear. Thanks to wisdom and experience, I am able to handle minor anxiety-causing issues more easily.
In the language of the techno-lovers, my bandwidth is huge.
Why have these great things happened? Because I am recovering my health. How am I recovering my health? The short of it is that I surround myself with wonderful and wise friends and teachers, and I eat right. My friends and teachers are paramount. Read my blog, follow what is right for you, and your journey will be even easier than mine.
