I just watched the trailer for the movie Processed
People. This movie appears to strongly tell the story that I am promoting –
real, nutrient dense food = health. If you know of someone who needs to hear
this message, refer them to this movie and website: http://www.processedpeople.com/trailer.htm.
I am ordering the movie and will post my review.
I tell people that I am eating more simply than ever.
The pushback comes from people who do not want to take care of themselves. They
do not want to take the time to prepare the simple ingredients. They choose ill
health instead of vibrant health because they believe they have more important
things to do.
If you know of someone who is struggling with illness,
perhaps they should consider setting aside 30 days of their life to learn how
to feed themselves real food. What do they have to lose if they take this 30
day gamble, using only two hours a day? That is 1/900th of their
life (if they live to 75) in exchange for beginning the recovery from disease. All
it would cost is a month’s worth of evening game shows, because this is the
time they would use to prepare their food.
Take the time to be well!
